📍 Where is the studio located and how do I access it?
Our studio is located at the rear of our garden. Enter through the side gate (please close it behind you), follow the patio towards the pergola, and mind the step off the decking. Continue along the patio around the pergola until you reach the studio. This route is safer than walking across the lawn, which can be slippery.
🌬️ Is the studio comfortable and well-equipped?
Yes! The studio is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Pilates apparatus and extra-thick mats for maximum comfort.
🚗 Where can I park?
You can park in the driveway or near the playground. We also encourage car sharing if you’re attending with someone nearby.
🧘🏽♀️ What is the format of a class?
Each 50-minute class includes:
• A warm-up to set posture and activate stabilising muscles
• A main section focusing on postural and core strength
• A closing stretch
We begin at a basic level in Week 1 and build progressively based on individual needs.
👕 What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Grippy socks are preferred for safety.
⚠️ What if I have an injury or health update?
Please inform us of any new injuries or health changes since filling out your registration form.
🤒 What if I’m sick or running late?
Let us know if you’re unwell or can’t attend. Courtesy make-up classes may be available (subject to space). Missed classes can’t be carried over to the next block.
💰 What if I can’t attend all classes in a block?
If you’re missing more than two classes in a block, you’ll be charged the pay-as-you-go rate for those sessions.
📵 Can I use my phone during class?
Phones should be on silent during class. If you need to take a call, please step outside.
⏰ When should I arrive?
The gate opens 5 minutes before class. If it’s your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early for a short introduction.
